Terms of Booking

  • All bookings accepted require a credit card (Visa or Mastercard Only) to be provided and held as security during the guests stay.

  • By providing this the guest automatically authorizes the operator to deduct any costs for any outstanding booking fees, damage, breakages or any items missing from the premises plus a 2.5% processing fee.

  • Upon accepting a booking a 'Booking Form' will be forwarded to the guest to confirm personal details. This form is to be returned to the operator.

  • The initial booking numbers and cost is final. Any decrease in booking numbers will not change the agreed amount.

  • A 50% deposit is required on all bookings unless other arrangements have been made. The balance is due 7 days prior to arrival or by arrangement.

  • If a credit card cannot be provided a bond by arrangement and at the operators discretion will be required as security during the guests stay.


  • Cancellation Policy

  • If cancelled more than 60 days before your arrival date we will refund in full less a $30 administration fee.

  • If cancelled less than 60 days a full loss of deposit will be incurred or option to transfer to an alternative date.

  • Transfers less than 30 days will incur a full loss of deposit unless the original booking dates are re-booked and paid in full by a new guest.
